Cancellation

Cancel contracts here

Use this form to cancel your CÉCILE Members Club membership. You need neither an account nor a login.

After you click “Cancel now”, you will see your declaration with date and time, ready to save or print. You will also receive a confirmation by email.

Did you conclude the contract less than 14 days ago? Then you can also withdraw from it.

Type of cancellation

We will send the confirmation of your cancellation to this address. It is quickest with the address you used when you took out the membership.

Ideally with your reference, for example AB12-CD34. You will find it in the confirmation email you received after your purchase and in our emails about the opening. If you do not have it at hand, a short description is enough, for example: Members Club membership.

When should the contract end?

You can find information on how we handle your data in our privacy policy.
