The CÉCILE Cycle is a six-module system – Cryotherapy, Lagree, Infrared Hot Sculpt, Red Light Therapy, Nutrition, and Measure – designed to work together or independently. You choose the sequence and frequency that fits your body.
No. Each module works as a standalone session. The more you combine, the more the system compounds – but nothing is required.
Your Body Analysis and session data will shape a personal recommendation. Most members train 3–4 times per week, integrating recovery sessions between.
Yes. The two sequences serve different goals: Cryo before training primes the nervous system for performance. Hot Sculpt before Cryo prepares the body through heat before a cold recovery finish. Both are safe when done with adequate transition time (10–15 min).
