    Cryotherapy

    The cold activates the nervous system: heart rate rises, oxygenated blood floods peripheral tissue, and focus sharpens. Inflammation drops. The body arrives primed at the session that follows to perform even better.

    One of the few studios in Berlin with a dedicated pre-chamber. No cold escapes. A genuine –110°C, every session.

    High-Intensity, Low-Impact

    Lagree

    The heart of CÉCILE. Lagree on the Megaformer Pro targets slow-twitch muscle fibers through sustained tension – 60+ seconds per exercise, no rest between. Not Reformer Pilates. A distinct, higher-intensity method that builds lean muscle, improves endurance, and changes the body's composition over time. Up to 700 kcal per session when combined with Cryotherapy.

    Infrared Hot Sculpt

    Standalone or sequenced with Cryo: a session that restructures the body through heat. Infrared heat penetrates deep into muscle tissue, accelerating detoxification, increasing flexibility, and amplifying cardiovascular output.

    Cellular Recovery

    Red Light Therapy

    After the work, the repair. Six wavelengths of red and near-infrared light, quietly, while you rest. Some work at the surface – skin, inflammation, collagen. Others go deeper – muscles, joints, the cells that produce your energy. Together they do what rest alone cannot. 90 mW/cm² at 15 cm. Dual-chip technology.

    • The CÉCILE Cycle is a six-module system – Cryotherapy, Lagree, Infrared Hot Sculpt, Red Light Therapy, Nutrition, and Measure – designed to work together or independently. You choose the sequence and frequency that fits your body.

    • No. Each module works as a standalone session. The more you combine, the more the system compounds – but nothing is required.

    • Your Body Analysis and session data will shape a personal recommendation. Most members train 3–4 times per week, integrating recovery sessions between.

    • Yes. The two sequences serve different goals: Cryo before training primes the nervous system for performance. Hot Sculpt before Cryo prepares the body through heat before a cold recovery finish. Both are safe when done with adequate transition time (10–15 min).

    • Anyone who wants a rigorous, science-led approach to their body – and prefers precision over noise.
